Chantia Thompson is the owner of S.H.E., which is located in Michigan and serves Detroit and the surrounding communities. Where she provides support for new and expecting mothers and families. S.H.E. is a sisterhood for wellness and support where we create a brave space centered on women’s empowerment, health, movement, and healing. We promote healthy habits and consistency to help develop adults’ and children's personal growth for gratitude, mindfulness, and supporting roles to assist them with everyday life. Trained and certified full spectrum doula, community health worker, wellness coach, VBAC, CPR and First Aid, and Mental health first aid (youth and adults).
