I’m a mother, lactation counselor, doula, and owner of Repose Birth Services. Supporting families through birth and postpartum is an honor I don’t take lightly. I became a doula after realizing how unsupported new parents can feel and how powerful it is to say, “You don’t have to do it all alone.” From guiding families through labor to helping them feed their babies and feel confident in their new roles, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support throughout New Jersey and New York City.
