My name is Shantique Smith-Hayes, and I am a certified Holistic Doula and Holistic Herbalist. I believe in changing the narrative of black birthing women by empowering women through education and advocacy, providing tools to help make informed decisions, offering nonjudgmental support, and, most importantly, accessibility. The care I offer is completely individualized and based solely on the birthing person's needs. I provide individual, client-based holistic herbal care, aroma caress therapy with essential oils, guided meditation with sound therapy to maintain internal balance and peace of mind, and intuitive movement. Regardless of where and how you choose to give birth, I am responsible for ensuring that mothers feel in charge of their birthing experience.
